Monivue is a manual-entry budgeting app built around the envelope method. You create budget categories, record transactions yourself, and track where your money goes — all without connecting to a bank.

There are no bank feeds, no account linking, and no automatic transaction imports. Every number in Monivue is one you typed. That's intentional.

When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password — your actual password is never stored. When you use the app, we store the budget data you enter: account names, category names, transaction amounts and descriptions, and dates.

That's it. We don't collect anything you don't explicitly give us.

We don't ask for your bank account number, routing number, or the name of your bank — and we genuinely don't want them. Monivue has no use for that information.

Your data is used for one thing: running your Monivue account. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond providing the service.

We may use your email address to send you product updates or important account notices. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

By using Monivue you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to access, disrupt, or abuse the service or other users' accounts. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Monivue is provided as-is. We'll do our best to keep it running reliably, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Monivue after changes means you accept the updated terms.
